Welcome to PrayBell. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

PrayBell provides the following services:

  • Prayer reminder notifications
  • Personal prayer request management
  • Family and group prayer sharing
  • Prayer journal recording

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems

7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some features of the Service may be available through in-app purchases or subscriptions.

  • All purchases are processed through the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store)
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Refunds are subject to the respective app store's refund policy
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the app settings or by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Conduct that we believe is harmful to other users or us
  • Request by law enforcement or government agencies

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE.
